Amenities/ Rules

Our beach house will only be rented to people we know and trust (no airbnb etc.) so we already know you will take care of the house, however we have some guidelines to follow :)

During your stay:

• No shoes in house

• No food in bedrooms

• No paints or nail polishes in bedrooms (prevent stains)

• Be mindful that we have a septic tank therefore it's important nothing but toilet paper is flushed down toilets (no tampons, paper towels, etc.)

• Notify us if there is any kind of leak so we can get on it right away

Before leaving:

• Pick one consumable item to replace or add (ie. toilet paper, hand soap, etc.)

• Sweep/ vacuum

• Wash any house linens that were used so everything is clean for the next person

• Turn thermostat to 55 (black line)

• Lights off
